I’m an elopement photographer based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I’ve always been drawn to doing things a little differently and I understand how easy it is to get caught up in what a wedding is "supposed" to look like.
To me, eloping is all about freedom (cue the Braveheart scene). Freedom to slow down, be present, and build a day around your relationship instead of everyone else’s expectations.
Whether that looks like hiking to a mountaintop, beside a sweet waterfall, in an open field, or at a quiet cabin in the middle of the woods, the goal is the same: creating a day that feels true to you two.
